The Finebio Store retails the products of Finecon, s.r.o., which operations are based at Finecon’s headquarters in Bratislava, Slovakia.
1. Our Purchase Agreement
1.1 Contracts of sale will be made with Finecon s.r.o. (registered in Slovakia. Company registration number: 31324061), registered office is Bratislava 1; 2769/B.
1.2 When you place an order to purchase goods from us it constitutes an offer. We accept this offer when we send you an order confirmation by email, confirming that we have despatched some or all of the goods you ordered. Acknowledgements of receipt of internet orders do not constitute our acceptance. In addition, until payment is received in full or confirmation that a credit or debit card has been pre-approved and notified to us by the issuer acceptance shall be deemed not to have taken place. In the event that there has been an error or omission in the price advertised, we reserve the right to rescind any contract or part of a contract prior to despatch or delivery.
1.3 Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order or during the offer process shall not form part of any contract.
1.4 If we are unable to deliver a product to you we shall advise you as promptly as possible and credit your account with the full value of the item(s) and in addition credit you with any excess postage and packaging contribution that you paid while placing the order.
2. Prices and Payments
2.1 Prices quoted are in Euro (€) and are accurate at the time published but may be subject to change.
2.2 If a price increases between you placing and our accepting your order, generally we will honour the original price.
2.3 Payment is accepted by credit and debit card.
2.4 Credit and debit card payments for the full amount of your purchases are collected at the time of ordering. Should any items subsequently not be available we will credit your account.
3. UK Delivery
3.1 All orders will be shipped by Courier service.
3.2 Details of the cost and services will be displayed at the checkout screen once a delivery address has been entered.
4. Return Policy
4.1 If a customer no longer requires an order, purchased in error or is unsatisfied for any reason, Finebio Store will issue a refund of the original value of the order, once the item has been returned to us. Customers must contact us directly within five days by an email on info@finebio.sk ; from receiving the order, in such cases, returning the item to us unopened at the following address: Finecon s.r.o., Rybničná 42, 83106, Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
5. Order Lost or Damaged
5.1 The Finebio Store takes the utmost care to ensure that all our products are packaged and dispatched to the highest possible standard to avoid loss or damage during transit. However, if a product does arrive damaged, or it goes missing, we would ask that the customer contact us directly within ten days. In such cases, we guarantee to arrange for a replacement item. Alternatively, if the customer prefers, we will arrange for a full refund of the original order value, including shipping, to be made immediately.
6. Your Security and Privacy Policy
6.1 Finecon s.r.o., has security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. Transaction systems use encryption technology to ensure secure internet and payment transactions.
6.2 We also have security procedures in place to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability of user information.
6.3 We process personal information for certain legitimate business purposes, which include some or all of the following:
- to match the payment to your personal information and to send the order on your address
- where processing data enables us to enhance, modify, personalise or otherwise improve our services and communications for the benefit of our customers
- to identify and prevent fraud
- to enhance the security of our network and information systems
- to better understand how people interact with our websites, advertising and promotions
- to provide marketing communications which we think will be of greater interest to you
- to determine the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and advertising.
Whenever we process data for these purposes we will ensure that we always keep your Personal Data rights in high regard and take account of those rights.
6.4 We will not share your name and address and details with other trusted retailers to send offers

7. Changes to Finebio Terms and Conditions
7.1 We reserve the right at any time to remove, modify or change without notice any information contained in our printed matter, advertisements or on this site. We may change these terms at any time by posting changes on the site. If you use the site after any changes have been made you will be bound by the new terms.
